Dr. John A. Looper is the founder and president of Restoration Fellowship International. He has served the body of Christ as pastor, teacher, and church administrator for over thirty years, during which time he has assisted numerous ministries and congregations in restoring the Hebraic roots of Christian faith.

Dr. Looper’s vision is to provide corporate worship opportunities for believers who have a common interest in returning to New Testament patterns for family and church life. He has successfully led Restoration Fellowship Family Worship Center in Cleveland, Tennessee, as pastor for some twenty years.

Many churches and ministers have added their support to Restoration Fellowship International. The board of directors is composed of pastors of constituent congregations. The fellowship gives each of these an opportunity to share in international missions, in joint educational programs, and in pulpit exchanges.

Restoration Fellowship International is providing an answer to the many congregations around the world that are seeking fellowship and interactive ministry as they are being led of the Holy Spirit to return to the Hebrew foundations of their Christian faith. The fellowship provides an umbrella that is well grounded in a balanced central theology and is flexible to include differing concepts in peripheral theology.

Dr. Looper and the fellowship promote Christian unity as cohesiveness among diverse elements instead of the traditional Christian paradigm of unity through uniformity (which instead of producing unity has fostered sectarianism, separation, and isolation in the body of Christ)
